• The FCL-20T2 is a high-precision, high-performance, high-automatic twin-spindle twin-turret turning and milling center that uses finite element analysis to compact the structural design and adopt high-rigidity roller type LM guideway.
• Axial linear speed up to 40 m/min, ±50mm stroke orthogonal high-rigidity Y-axis structure, providing the high-efficiency for workpiece milling and ensuring high-stability for heavy cutting , there are 48-Index position on upper and lower power turrets configuration, otherwise, it also can install the follow rest to increase the flexible processing.
• If the customers want to the Highly automated production line,it could be equipped with parts unloader and conveyor for sub-spindle or gantry loader /unloader system , also 70bar high-pressure coolant pump ,even the unique oscillation cutting, enabling the FCL- T2Y to exhibit outstanding in efficiency and reliability of high-automatic production line.
